What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Building & Grounds Caretaker position at Marquis, Inc.?
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate tractors with pull-behind mowers, plows or other dirt work machinery, mowing and working ditches and other grounds
Run weed eaters and other power tools for lawn care and grounds maintenance
Follow proper equipment procedures when utilizing power tools to prevent damage to property
Notify manager concerning the need for repairs to grounds or machinery
Maintain equipment in a safe, clean working order
Understand and adhere to all company safety procedures and participate in regular periodic Environment, Health, and Safety training
Desired Skills, Qualifications & Experience
High School Diploma
Landscaping experience is preferred
