Responsibilities:
- Prepare final handoff files and assets based on mobile specifications for the iOS and Android apps
- Create and maintain design documentation
- Expand upon a feature design by creating additional screens, edge cases, and error scenarios
- Support development team by troubleshooting UX or design problems as they arise
- Ensure a quality experience on live digital products by participating in the user acceptance testing process
- Catalog updates and additions to the evolving design system
- Produces simple prototypes, user flows, motion specs, and/or presentations as needed to communicate experience design

Qualifications:
- 2 years of relevant UX/production design experience
- Experience in Sketch and InVision
- Proven experience maintaining, updating, and creating design documentation
· Collaborative, highly-organized, and strong attention to detail
- Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Salary Range (based on compa-ratio to accommodate all pay zones)
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
