Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Green Park Management LLC. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience
5 years progressive hotel sales experience
Minimum 2 years hotel sales leadership experience or equivalent
Ability to execute a Sales and Marketing Plan to enhance revenue
Possess established relationships within the local agency community that contribute to successful partnerships and collaborations.
Demonstrate strong negotiation and contract interpretation skills essential for successful deal-making.
Business communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Suites
Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems
Present confidence and a professional appearance
