We are seeking a proactive Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and foster lasting business relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation: Spearhead sales efforts to maximize revenue opportunities for The Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland, TN.
Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their needs and negotiate agreements that showcase our hotel’s exceptional services.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue goals.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in hotel sales.
Initiative: Self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Personality: Outgoing, organized, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.


Job Requirements:

Complete all required brand and Dynamic Group training.
Adhere to brand standards to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Respond to sales inquiries promptly and professionally.
Develop and nurture client relationships through personalized service.
Conduct property tours to highlight our amenities and services.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage accounts efficiently.
Utilize CRM systems for accurate data entry and relationship management.
Collaborate with operational teams to fulfill client needs seamlessly.
Partner with the Regional Director of Sales to achieve collective goals.


Physical Requirements:

Lift and carry up to 40 pounds, bend, reach, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in diverse environments and using equipment as needed.
Able to handle physical demands and occasional stress associated with the role.
