What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman or Wireman Electricians position at Mars Services LLC?
Responsibilities and Duties
· Diagnose and repair residential, multi-family and light commercial electrical applications in accordance with the State of Texas Building Codes.
· Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
· Licensed Electrician will inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with all electrical codes.
· Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
· Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches to lay conduit, moving, and lifting heavy objects, and crawling through small spaces such as attics.

Qualifications and Skills
· Current TDLR Master / Journeyman / Wireman license required
· 3 Years of related experience
· High School Diploma or GED
· Must be 21 or over
· Familiarity with iPhone and iPad
· Valid TX Driver’s License
· Able to regularly lift 45 pounds, walk, stand and climb ladders
· Great customer service skills and neat appearance
· Works well in a team environment
· Must be able to pass background test and drug screen
· Work among some of the highest paid electricians in the industry. We offer competitive pay, actual salary dependent on experience
Pay Range $25-$40 per hour
