Porter/Housekeeper
Porters/Housekeeping perform a wide variety of duties and responsibilities for meticulous upkeep of the community under the supervision of Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. The housekeeping porter plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests and residents. Duties include:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas including corridors, lobbies, restrooms, stairwells, amenities, leasing offices and grounds.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors on a regular schedule.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as necessary.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Manager.
- Follow established safety procedures and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, inluding lifting, standing, and bending.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and equipment.
A valid driver's license, criminal background check and drug screening required.
