Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Registered Architect with 10 years of professional experience and a strong focus on and portfolio in education design to join our team. This position offers a clear career path to a leadership role within the firm, including opportunities to lead a studio, the education market/sector, and the firm as a whole. Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have:
- B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited program
- 10 years of architectural experience, including 5 years in a project management or project leadership role
- Demonstrated experience in education design (K–12 and/or higher education); civic or cultural project experience is a plus
- Proficiency and hands-on experience in Revit required; AutoCAD proficiency a plus
- Virginia professional registration required; CSPM, LEED, WELL, or other specialized credentials a plus
