The Digital/Audio Content Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, securing, and updating high-quality audio, graphic, and video content across the entire fleet, as well as producing audio advertisements. This role also involves overseeing asset allocation and management across multiple formats.

What You'll Do
- Manage timely allocation and removal of video (both static and dynamic) and audio content across store fleet
- Write and produce AI audio adverts
- Daily tracking and maintenance of the Visual Marketing production schedule as it relates to digital/audio projects
- Maintain master spreadsheet of all screen specs; including dimensions, locations, division, etc
- Create and maintain in-house storage and backup libraries for all digital and video assets
- Respond quickly to emails and troubleshoot issues during and after business hours and on weekends
- Troubleshoot NSO installations
- Effectively communicate and provided follow up with the home office and field teams
- Assist in identifying problem areas and offer substantive solutions to improve operational efficiencies
- Adhere to and enforce all operational procedures and policies
- To conduct him/herself in the spirit of the MRG/IMEG mission, vision, core values and organizational health
- Other duties may be assigned
