Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Planning Analyst will be responsible for a wide array of financial, strategic, and operational analyses supporting all aspects of the company.
- Will assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Will partner with operations side of the business
- Will assist in the preparation of timely and accurate financial analysis and reporting to support company-wide decision making with analytical tools
- May provide analysis of store sales, traffic, and conversation data to determine the effectiveness of store selling efforts across the entire chain
- Support retail business development efforts at casinos and airports nationwide by developing new store projection models based on industry data compilation and benchmarking analysis
- Support store payroll optimization efforts by developing store level budgets and analyzing actual results to ensure staffing levels are adjusted as necessary to maximize performance. Support operations with analysis to fully leverage results made in storeforcesolutions.com
- May assist on the creation of various financial models to facilitate the payment of store incentive compensation and company bonuses
- Participate in Special Projects as required
