Marshall's Inc. is an established HVAC company serving the Eugene and surrounding area. We are looking for a warehouse person to join our team. In this role you will be helping with basic warehouse duties and delivering parts to our teams in the field. As you do so you will be gaining skills and knowledge of the HVAC industry.
Our managers believe in developing the skills of their team members so they can perform their jobs, learn new skills, and advance within the company.
Work Hours: Mon - Fri, 6:30a - 3:00p. There may be extended work hours during our peak seasons.
Qualifications:
- Valid OR state driver's license and insurable driving record
- Prior warehouse experience
- Mechanically inclined
- Forklift experience (we use a Hyster 50)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely
- Basic computer proficiency
- Comfortable in driving a box or delivery truck
Compensation: $16 p/hr starting pay with pay increases based on performance.
