What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Employment Specialist position at Marshall-Starke Development Center, Inc.?
Assist in planning and evaluating of Job Placement Services; provides direct services to consumers; conducts job development activities with local employers and referral agencies. Ability to plan, organize, and deliver training to consumers on a variety of jobs in a variety of situations. Must have reliable transportation. A bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, personnel, psychology, or other relevant areas desirable, but not required.
