Job Summary
Martel's Grill is seeking experienced Server(s) to join our team! Our Servers are the face of our restaurant and play an integral role in our guests dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, serve food and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Take food and beverage orders from guests
- Answer questions about the menu and preparation
- Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
- Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
- Provide customers with their check at the end of the meal and process payment
- Cash handling and credit card processing
- Follow opening and closing duties

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server is preferred
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
