Description Of Duties/Essential Functions
Performs complex accounting and auditing work; maintains a complex accounting system involving general departmental funds or grants; prepares complex statements and reports; examines, reconciles and analyzes complex statements and reports; provides advice on complex accounting problems and on the implementation of new procedures and programs; reviews and recommends changes in the complex accounting system.
Minimum Requirements
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years college, with courses in business administration and accounting. Requires two years of professional experience in accounting, external auditing, budgetary planning and control of public accounting.
