A DAY IN THE LIFE OF LEAD AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Your day kicks off with a dynamic team meeting, setting the stage for the tasks ahead. As the lead expert, you swiftly diagnose and repair a diverse lineup of vehicles, using cutting-edge diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues with precision. Your interactions with Service Advisors and Parts Advisors are seamless, ensuring every repair is communicated clearly to our valued customers.
With each auto repair, you meticulously document detailed notes and test results, maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Collaborating with your team, you provide mentorship and guidance, fostering a productive and positive work environment. Your leadership ensures every customer leaves with a smile, confident in the superior service they received.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR LEAD AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN
- Valid driver's license
- 5 years of experience as a journeyman automotive technician
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive work attitude
- Own tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, or Ram experience
- ASE Certification
- Missouri State Inspector License
