Description
The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming visitors to Maryhurst and ensuring that security procedures are followed. The Receptionist will handle incoming calls in a friendly and efficient manner, routing them to the appropriate people. Maintaining the attractiveness and order of designated areas. The Receptionist ensures general office supplies and equipment are provided or maintained, including ordering office supplies, business cards and name badges. The Receptionist performs general clerical and word processing duties as requested by supervisor. assist the Chief Operating Officer with specific tasks and special projects.
Position is full time, Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4:00pm.
Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma. At least one year’s experience as a receptionist or general clerical experience. Familiarization with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications. Basic competency in the use and general maintenance of office equipment.
