We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our adult day care center. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with adults and will play a crucial role in providing medical care, support, and health education to our clients.

- Conduct initial and ongoing health assessments to identify client needs and develop care plans.
- Administer Medications and Treatment: Ensure medications are administered accurately on time, and provide treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs: regularly check and document clients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate clients and care providers about health issues, medication management, and wellness strategies.
- Work closely with healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support to clients
- Document all care provided in accordance with regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse License in MD.
- Experience in geriatric care or a hospital setting.
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid Certification
Salary : $45 - $55
