We offer a full continuum of levels of care including inpatient, intensive outpatient, outpatient, outpatient mental health clinic.
Maryland Treatment Centers, Inc. currently has openings available for part-time Community Technicians who provide direct support and assistance to clients participating in our residential substance abuse treatment programs.
Community Technician Responsibilities Include
High School diploma/equivalent
1 year of experience in mental health/substance use treatment
Bonus
Alcohol and Drug Trainee status
Peer Support Specialist Certification
Valid driver's license

Community Technician Responsibilities Include
- Supervising clients and enforcing boundaries
- Leading psycho educational groups for the clients
- Performing rounds and room checks
- Performing breathalyzer tests and collecting specimens for drug screens
- Answering the phone, greeting and signing in guests
- Supervising medication self-administration
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Must be able to work independently.
