Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Physical Resilience: Our Master Technicians need to be physically resilient, capable of comfortably handling tasks that may include lifting up to 50 pounds and remaining active for extended periods. This ensures our team can deliver top-notch service while maintaining their well-being.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify issues quickly
- Excellent knowledge of automobiles, coupled with a passion for technology
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in reading, computer use, and mathematics
- Willingness to learn and adapt to cutting-edge technology and service procedures
- Experience operating electronic diagnostic equipment
- High school diploma/GED required, technical degree preferred
- ASE certifications preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in a service department
