What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Coordinator position at Mascot Building Services?
Client Service Coordinator/Dispatcher handles various clients maintenance work orders, finds subcontractors to go do the work, follows-up, prepare quotes, ensure clients happiness. We need a rockstar of a dispatcher that will come in and take a hold of these accounts. You will stay busy following up on all work orders, checking on emergencies through out the day, and making sure things are handled in a timely manner. You need to be motivated, focused, take initiative, be able to go above and beyond all while in a family type work environment. If we aren't making our clients happy and fixing their problems then someone else will. You need to come in ready to take control and own these accounts and being able to handle the deadlines. Need a person who does not miss much work. This is a fast pace position. Works with multiple software systems and accounts. Must be able to multi task. Works with multiple accounts and types of repair work. Must be able to talk with people at store manager level to corporate office executives.
