Job Responsibilities:
Project estimating
Ensure positive client relations
Subcontractor scheduling and management
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Create and modify scope of work
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Material procurement
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or 3 years of experience in construction project management.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to read plans
