What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fee For Service Clinicians/Therapist position at Mass Behavioral Health Center?
Mass Behavioral Health Center Inc. in Worcester, MA is looking for Social Workers, Mental health counselors, and Psychologists, to join our team part-time or full-time! hybrid fee-for-service. You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings. This is an excellent opportunity for practitioners who have full-time jobs and looking for something part-time to supplement their income or looking for a new opportunity. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working.
Masters level clinicians who are not yet licensed are recommended to also apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing their personal history
- Develop and execute individual treatment plans
- Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
- Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
- Maintain accurate client documentation
