Mass Behavioral Health Center Inc. in Worcester, MA is looking for an experienced LMHC, to join us full-time to provide therapy services to clients. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, hard-working, and experienced in outpatient.
Responsibilities:
- reviewing personal history/notes completed by the supervising
- Help run groups
- Provide individual psychotherapy
- Providing individual and group supervision
- Maintain accurate client documentation
- Provide supervision to unlicensed staff and ensure that our outpatient programs are running successfully.
- This is a hybrid position where the supervisor has to be on-site 4 days a week and remote one day a week

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
- No experience is required but 3 years of experience in practice is a plus
- Previous knowledge in developing programs/outpatient mental health services
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fully licensed LMHC to practice in the state of MA without any restrictions
