What are the responsibilities and job description for the Care Manager, FT Mon-Fri 8:30am to 4:30pm position at Mass Care Link, Inc?
We are looking for full-time care manager to conduct in home assessments and appointments throughout the state of Massachusetts. Must be willing to travel. Bilingual preferred.
Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM Paid Holidays
Qualifications: A Bachelor degree in a related field.
Experience: At least two years’ clinical experience in the care of elderly or disabled persons; or a social worker license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Social Work, and at least two years’ recent experience working with elderly or disabled adults.
