Patient Service Coordinator III
- (3221475)Under the general direction of the TCRC Nurse Director and in collaboration with the TCRC Senior Project Manager, the PSC III facilitates administrative and clinical support in a high volume inpatient and outpatient research setting.
The Patient Services Coordinator III functions within the practice unit as a team leader coordinating administrative functions within the group. Assists Department leadership with the effective management of the practice’s daily operations and associated revenue enhancement. Functions as an overall resource person for unit staff.
Associate’s Degree required
Minimum of 3 years work experience in medical setting.
Research experience preferred, excellent customer service skills, organizational and close attention to detail required.
Epic skills required.
