Position: Direct Support Staff
📍 Location: We have positions in the following counties: Middlesex, Essex, Worcester, and Suffolk counties
💼 Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available
💰 Pay: Competitive Hourly Rate
Responsibilities:
✅ Assist individuals with disabilities in their activities of daily living, including personal care 🛁, meal preparation 🍽️, and household tasks 🏡. ✅ Provide active and compassionate companionship 🤝, encouraging community engagement and social participation 🎉. ✅ Help clients schedule and attend medical appointments 🏥 while supporting medication management 💊. ✅ Promote independence 💪 and self-sufficiency, guiding individuals to develop life skills 📚 within their abilities. ✅ Ensure a safe 🛑, respectful, and supportive environment at all times.
Qualifications:
✔️ Prior experience in direct care, human services, or a related field (preferred but not required). ✔️ A compassionate, patient, and encouraging approach to care 🤗. ✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills 🗣️. ✔️ Ability to work flexible hours as needed ⏰. ✔️ A valid driver's license 🚗 and reliable transportation (preferred).
