-mornings, nights and weekends are a part of everyone's schedule- we are open 7 days a week

-Time off is granted almost always for a work/life balance but it requires everyone to be flexible with eachother in the team to achieve this option

Details:

- 4-5 days a week 

-This is PT but can be FT later if desired

-20-25 hours per week

-FT benefits available after 60 days if desired

-Pay $18-20 Commissions

The ideal candiates feels comfortable talking to clients and engaging them in conversation. Sales with us is really just talking to people, if you can do that the rest is easy. Great candiates can include those who love skincare, body work, have a history with low pressure sales, customer interaction and those in retail, hospitality, fast food and similar that want to a change of pace and have somewhere that they can learn and grow for a long time. We have low turnover and are looking for an additional employee, not a replacement. We have a light hearted, kind and fun team that everyone loves to work with. You don't have to be friends with everyone but you should always be kind and courteous with everyone. Nobody here is trying to one up anyone, we are all working towards teh same goals, which is to stay at the top in our region and have fun while doing it. 

Job Duties include:

- Checking clients in and out of sessions

- Scheduling appointments 

- Understanding and explaing all services to members and guests

- Account assistance

- Updating payment methods

- Processing new membership sign ups

- Laundry and general clinic cleaning/upkeep daily

- Client follow ups (not sales calls)

- Assisting service providers with upgrades and other needs
