This entry-level position supports the smooth operation of the spa by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for clients and staff. The Spa Back plays a key role in assisting service providers and ensuring that every client experience is comfortable and relaxing.

Qualified Candidates:
- Are critical thinkers with excellent math and computer skills and the ability to multitask
- Have great people skills and can establish positive relationships with guests
- Are supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services
Day-to-Day:
- Support massage therapists, estheticians, and stretch service providers with room turnover and treatment preparation (e.g., hot towels, supplies).
- Ensure all areas of the clinic — including treatment rooms, restrooms, and lobby — are clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
- Refill lotion and treatment product bottles and organize clinic inventory and supplies.
- Perform cleaning duties as needed, maintaining professionalism and client confidentiality at all times.
