 Must have a thorough knowledge of standard massage modalities possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa's specific massage offerings.

Excellent communication skills required  and must be able to learn the service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of the clients. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform various types of massage, including Swedish, deep tissue.
• Customize massage treatments based on clients' individual needs and preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing clients' concerns and ensuring a positive experience. 
• Collaborate with other spa staff to create a seamless and enjoyable spa experience for clients. 
  
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage and recommend follow-up treatments. 
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Maintain all required licenses and certifications, complying with state and local regulations.

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience required.

• This is W-2 Employee position.

• 15 min cleanup breaks in between client appointments with assistance with cleanup with spa-coordinators.

• • We are closed New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and follow Prescott Unified School District schedule for spring and fall break to allow staff to spend time with their families.

Compensation:

Our compensation is outstanding and above industry standard with average earnings per service between $55 and $75 which includes base pay Specialty Bonus plus gratuity (60 Min Massage).

But we go far beyond that as well, by giving you the skills you need to build your loyal clientele and ensure career longevity.
