About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will :

  • Build and maintain relationships with individuals and organizations to generate referrals.
  • Identify new customer opportunities and nurture existing client connections.
  • Represent the company at community, trade, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes to refine strategies.

What You’ll Do

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and referral sources.
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings with target prospects.
  • Present tailored restoration solutions, including water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire & smoke remediation, biohazard cleanup, trauma cleanup, and reconstruction.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and provide timely reports on sales activities.
  • Deliver group presentations and maintain consistent engagement with networking organizations.
  • Additional Duties :

  • Assist with marketing material development.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities using CRM software.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration to meet sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
  • What We’re Looking For

    Qualifications :

  • Education : Associate degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
  • Experience : 4–6 years in relationship selling to executives and business owners.
  • Skills : Strong oral and written communication, disciplined follow-up, proficiency in CRM and office software, and excellent planning and organizational abilities.
