Our goal is to add 30 new Financial Advisors this year. We are looking for someone to help grow our team. We are located in Metairie with 3rd and 4th generation Advisors.

The Director of Licensing & Onboarding leads Magnolia Wealth Strategies' efforts to efficiently license new advisors and create exceptional onboarding experiences that set up new team members for success. This role is responsible for developing and implementing streamlined processes for credential acquisition, regulatory compliance, and comprehensive onboarding programs aligned with "The Magnolia Way." The position plays a critical role in addressing the firm's current challenges with advisor retention and success rates.

- Licensing Process Management
- Develop and manage efficient, compliant processes for advisor licensing, registration, and credential maintenance across multiple jurisdictions and product lines.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs that effectively integrate new advisors into the organization and prepare them for success
- Create standardized yet customizable onboarding experiences for non-advisor staff that build competence, engagement, and alignment with firm values.
- Experience in financial services licensing, onboarding, or related fields
- Strong knowledge of securities and insurance licensing requirements and processes
- Experience designing and implementing effective programs
- Understanding of financial advisor success factors and development needs
- Excellent project management and process improvement skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant industry credentials (e.g., Life and Heath, or FINRA Series 24) and HR certifications beneficial
- The position is based at Magnolia Wealth Strategies headquarters in Metairie
- Occasional travel for industry conferences and training programs
- Extended hours during peak onboarding periods and major program launches

Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
