Position Overview
The Community Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for building strong community partnerships and driving growth by promoting MASS Services across pediatrician offices, schools, colleges, businesses, and job fairs. This role plays a critical part in expanding our client base and workforce by forming relationships with potential referral sources and attracting qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person outreach to pediatricians, clinics, charter schools, preschools, community centers, and other relevant agencies to promote MASS Services and secure new referrals or contracts.
- Represent the company at college and university career fairs to recruit qualified Behavior Technicians, Clinical Supervisors, and administrative staff.
- Build and maintain relationships with local educational institutions and career centers for ongoing recruitment pipelines.
- Collaborate with internal departments to stay informed on hiring needs, open roles, and program availability.
- Track and follow up on outreach leads and recruitment outcomes using CRM or tracking systems.
- Distribute marketing materials and maintain a professional presence aligned with MASS Services’ mission and values.
- Assist in coordinating open houses, informational sessions, or community events hosted by MASS Services.
- Gather and provide feedback from referral sources to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in outreach, sales, or recruitment, especially in healthcare, education, or ABA services, is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking, tabling, and cold outreach.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel.
- Self-motivated, outgoing, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
