CUSTOMER SERVICE REP RESPONSIBILITIES
In this entry-level call center position, you're not just answering phone calls - you're contributing to an efficient office environment and fostering relationships with clients. Armed with our call scripts and your positive spirit, you speak with customers over the phone, answer their questions, and resolve any concerns. You document complaints and do what you can to make things right with the client.
You're also a proactive member of our outreach efforts, making outbound phone calls to follow up on referrals and keep our schedule full. You participate in meetings, collaborate with our service team, meet performance targets, and take on other duties as needed to ensure a successful day at our office!
SCHEDULE
This call center position works from Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with some flexibility depending on office needs. You have an on-call schedule and attend company meetings on Thursdays at 7:00 am.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REP REQUIREMENTS
