What are the responsibilities and job description for the Inventory Cycle Counter position at Master Spas?
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Cycle Counter to support inventory accuracy across warehouse and production locations. This role is essential in maintaining reliable inventory counts, investigating discrepancies, and supporting smooth material flow throughout operations.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and perform daily cycle counts in warehouse and production areas.
- Research inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving shortages and overages.
- Process special cycle count requests and support year-end physical inventories.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for incoming, outgoing, and returned materials.
- Update order forms and maintain accurate part labeling throughout the facility.
- Support inventory accuracy initiatives and follow all safety policies.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to learn multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills (Excel and Word).
- Good communication skills and attendance record.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required (certification may be obtained).
