Job Title: QA/Test Manager
Location: Boise, ID (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote; Local candidates strongly preferred)
Interview: In-person
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting for validating data and test results.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum and ServiceNow Test Management.
- Background in automated testing and workflow automation.
Job Description:
- Experience essential in test automation within workflow
- Recommending framework and tools for automated regression testing
- Develop test plans.
- Manage testers.
- Automated test results and analytics
- Document testing progress
- Create and enforce test plan.
- Create testing strategy and battery of tests.
- Risk management
- Test related risk assessment and measurements
- Test related mitigation test techniques
- Test Planning and strategy development
- Resource management
- Quality Assurance & Control matrix
- Procedure improvements.
