Mastercoil Spring is committed to being an innovative, world class manufacturer of springs for the global marketplace. We are looking for a 1st shift (6am - 230pm) In-Process Inspector.
ESSENCIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reading and understanding customer’s drawing.
- Properly using and reading calipers and micrometer.
- Understanding job traveler from ERP System.
- Inspecting and documenting first piece, in process and final parts quality checks
- Maintaining product identification.
- Documenting daily issues.
- Ability to use Micro-View (Optical Comparator).
- Maintaining a safe and clean work area.
- Following established safety rules.
- Performing appropriate duties as assigned by management.
- Effectively monitor production equipment to fill in on absences.
- Communicating effectively with other personnel.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
