We are currently seeking a world-class Sales Setter to join our Sales team. This is your opportunity to elevate your career and income to new heights.

THE DETAILS

This is a full-time, base commission employment opportunity that offers incredible growth, full benefits, and OTE target earnings of $55k-70k in your first year.

As a Setter with us, your journey can lead to joining our Closers team based on merit and performance. (Closer OTE $150k /year)

This Appointment Setter position is based in Phoenix, Arizona, and will require you to work from the Mastermind headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ.

THE ROLE

• Drive Sales-Qualified conversations through high-volume outbound efforts (text and calls) to warm prospects interested in high-ticket business coaching.
• Build rapport and excitement quickly and effectively with prospects aiming to elevate their skillset and businesses to the next level.
• Collaborate with our Closer team and Sales Leadership to continuously enhance your sales skillset and abilities. Learn alongside the best in the game.
• We are hiring for Setters in Phoenix, Arizona as well as remote candidates who excel in their game.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You must maintain a sales-first, extroverted mindset, making 110-130 outbound calls per day to generate interest in our coaching program.
• You must be an excellent team player, thrive on friendly competition, and strive for success that benefits both you and your clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends and company products, educating customers about the potential benefits of our offerings.
• Possess a strong product knowledge of Mastermind.com, Dean Graziosi, and Tony Robbins to effectively set qualified conversations for prospects and our Closers team.
• Deliver a best-in-class client experience to all individuals interested in our coaching offers, events, or coaches.
• Consistently meet and exceed setting goals, along with monthly KPIs.
