CLIENT SERVICE SPECIALIST

 

MasterScapes® is looking for a full-time Client Service Specialist

 

When West Texans want manicured, beautiful, outdoor spaces, they turn to us to make it happen.  Out Client Service Specialist are the first line of communication for our clients and potential clients.  They are exceptional at understanding client needs, providing prompt responses to requests, and helping us usher in efficiency and communication across our organization.

 

At MasterScapes, one of the most important characteristics of our client service team is adaptability.  We know that to best serve our clients, we have to be responsive and solution focused.  As a company, we are committed to learning and growing to meet our clients’ needs.  Similarly, this position requires a people-person with a commitment to excellence.

 

 Your responsibilities would include:

  • Promptly answer incoming phone calls
  • Quickly determine client needs by asking good questions
  • Provide accurate answers to clients
  • Handle client concerns with confidence and care
  • Direct clients to appropriate staff when needed

 Things that you will need to know

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Suite, and WordPress, Excel
  • Excellent written/verbal communication 
  • The landscape industry (we can teach you)
