Responsibilities:
Multi-body dynamic (MBD) models development for suspension, chassis, and powertrain systems evaluation using tools like MSC Adams, and CarSim
• Evaluate vehicle handling, stability, and overall ride quality.
Requirements:
MBD Model build and simulations to assess vehicle dynamics under various driving conditions, including cornering, acceleration, braking, and off-road performance.
• conduct sensitivity analyses, identifying optimal suspension settings, and ensuring design alignment with performance targets.
• full-vehicle analysis carried out with F-tire model
• correlate virtual simulation to physical testing
