Description
General Purpose
Within a team environment, provide excellent service and support while processing the daily flow of information between our sales, delivery and warehouse departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize the Route Accounting System to facilitate order processing, payments, driver check-in, and reconciliation procedures
- Maintain the account database within the Route Accounting System including open/close/seasonal status, routing, and monitoring the Department of Liquor Control website for liquor license updates
- Provide excellent customer service to associates, retail partners, customers and guests over the phone, in the gift shop and reception area
- Assist in retail operations including helping customers, inventory and order product, open/close, balance the cash register and prepare bank deposits
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Desired Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong organizational skills
- Solid communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Responsibility for Public Contact
Daily contact via phone and in-person requiring courtesy and professionalism

Physical Demands
Work is primarily performed in an office setting. This position requires sight, hearing, speech, hand and finger dexterity. Occasionally it requires lifting files generally weighing less than 20 pounds. It also entails sitting for long periods of time, frequent data entry using a computer keyboard and occasional standing and walking.
Salary : $18 - $18
