The Importance of this Role
As a Lead Product Manager you will own the Matic Agency Management Platform (AMP). The Matic Agency Management Platform is used by our internal Insurance Agency to quote, sell, and track insurance policies. You will have full product responsibilities for the AMP, collaborating with an exceptionally strong engineering team to deliver strong business results.

Your responsibilities:
- Create a strong product vision and the corresponding product roadmap
- Create product requirements and work with engineering to drive technical execution
- Improve the results of Matic’s insurance matching process through innovative new products and features
- Track and report on key product success metrics
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of practical experience in software product management
- Experience building and launching products, externally or internally
- Experience negotiating requirements and timelines with external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead a Scrum team with remote engineering, product and design members
- A track record of delivering successful products and features
Bonus Points
- Technical background and a working knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Experience in insurance industry, especially with comparative raters or quoting engines
- Experience working with external API partners
- Experience building consumer recommendation engines
- Startup experience
