Job Description :
This Project Manager will be responsible for 2 primary applications :
- ECP, Electronic Check Processing
- OTC, Over the Counter
These 2 applications combined process around $750Billion in payments per year. Small compared to our EFTPS. (4 Trillion). They are in the midst of migrating the ECP AND OTC projects to the cloud. Work began in Mid-2024 and the delivery data is end of 2025. They already have a 3 year O M contract in place to support the infrastructure after the deployment.

The Project Manager will be responsible for :
Most challenging part would be "Mini Projects". It's a 2 year project. There is a 5 year backlog here. A lot of other ENTITIES that these large scale applications work with - have to send and receive data from each of these.
Have to have a mini project plan for each of these applications.
Roughly 10~ of these "Subprojects" within the overall project.
Requirements :
Preferred Experience :
Azure Devops Exposure / experience would be great.Any Financial Technology / Payments industry exp would be a big plus too. Even working for Financial Institutions (Banks / Credit Unions) would be nice.
Jira is a big plus.Microsoft Project experience is nice. Government is the client and they are a microsoft shop.
