What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Matos Builders LLC?
The Maintenance Technician will provide on-site maintenance support for tasks that are to be completed within 10 business days.
- Review and assigning of tickets in owner software
- Update owner software with your hours for each ticket (and any other laborer hours) and any relevant notes and documents.
- Routine weekly/monthly/annual tasks as outlined by Owner Staff
- Ordering materials as needed
- Providing all receipts and invoices to the Project Manager for processing on a weekly basis.
- Picking up and delivery of materials to job site
- Escort subcontractors as needed
- Coordinating scheduling with end user
- Job walk-throughs as needed for understanding of SOW and to provide guidance of work needed for successful completion.
- Schedule in house carpenters and escort as needed
- Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors as needed
