Matt Curtis Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our Closing Team temporarily (February-August) as a Closing Coordinator. You will be responsible for expertly communicating with our clients during their home buying and selling process to make their experience seamless. - As this is a remote position you will need to be disciplined in our work tasks and have good time management
What You’ll Do:
- Provide consistent Five Star Service in all interactions
- Verify and Input Listings to our CRM (Follow Up Boss), MLS and other channels
- Manage the scheduling of all closing events for clients and other parties involved including inspectors, attorneys, lenders and co-op agents
- You will be managing files from the contract to closing in SISU, this involves a lot of written and verbal communication, gathering documents and ensuring that everything is on track for closing day
- Develop, maintain and strengthen client relationships throughout the entire home buying/selling process
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
