What You’ll Do:
- Sell auto, home, life, health and other insurance products with confidence and urgency
- Engage inbound leads and make outbound calls (yes, lots of them)
- Ask smart questions, recommend the right solutions, and close the deal
- Follow up like a pro — quotes, callbacks, cross-selling
- Manage a sales pipeline, track activity, and hit targets
- Deliver amazing service to keep customers for life
- A natural seller — persuasive, confident, and customer-focused
- Self-motivated and ready to grind without hand-holding
- Someone who loves competition (and winning)
- Detail-oriented but never bogged down
- Licensed in P&C or Life/Health preferred — or willing to get licensed ASAP
