Collision Center Cashier/Receptionist

Essential Job Duties:

The essential job duties referenced above are important for the job to be accomplished. Other job duties may be required.

• Take incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate destination
• Offer pleasant meet and greet attitude towards customers, vendors, employees
• Process customer payments, accepting cash, check, or credit card
• Set appointments for estimates and vehicle drop-off's
• Creating purchase orders
• Make check requests
• Call insurance companies for payments
• Open and close the office
• Order supplies
• Assist with month-end schedules
• Scan files as needed
• Check lot weekly to record on-site vehicles and record on a spreadsheet
• Participate and keep up to date with on the job training and continuing education required by Manufacturers, Vendors and other outside sources as requested by Management.

• Problem Solving, Quality Focus, Customer Service, Multi-tasker, Trustworthiness able to handle cash

Desired Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years customer service or relevant experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to participate in in-house and outside training

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
