Role Description
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. This includes coordinating and tracking submittals, RFIs, change orders, and daily logs while maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation such as drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules. You’ll attend project meetings, record meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. Working closely with field staff, you will help monitor the project schedule, site logistics, procurement, and overall site conditions. You will also assist in managing subcontractors through scope review, buyout, and ongoing performance tracking. Additional responsibilities include supporting budget management, cost reporting, billing, and closeout processes such as punch lists and final documentation. Throughout the project, you'll help ensure adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and client expectations. Our Assistant Project Manager will also have the responsibility of running lower risk jobs as the Project Manager.

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
