Matunuck Oyster Bar, South Kingstown, RI, is hiring Servers with previous experience serving in high volume restaurant. Flexible schedule with full and part time shifts available starting in March, early April. Summer availability through Labor Day weekend required.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing prompt and professional service to our guests
- Familiarizing customers with the menu, and make appropriate suggestions
- Take customer orders and relay them accurately
- Anticipate guests' needs in order to facilitate and enjoyable dining experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience serving in a high volume restaurant
- TIPS Certification
- Summer availability through Labor Day weekend
- Ability to start in March or early April
- Understanding of wine, spirits, and craft beer
- Food allergy awareness
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude toward teamwork
- Strong work ethic, with a willingness to take initiative
