A prominent law firm is seeking a Litigation Support Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. Candidates must be able to work pacific coast hours. The Litigation Support Coordinator plays a key role in managing the technical and strategic aspects of electronic discovery across litigation matters. This mid-level position is responsible for supporting attorneys and case teams throughout the discovery lifecycle, from data collection to trial support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for e-discovery matters
- Advising legal teams on best practices and technology solutions
- Managing data processing, document review, and production workflows
- Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Conducting quality control checks and generating detailed reports
- Supporting litigation teams with document analytics, trial prep, and more
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on eDiscovery experience in a legal or vendor setting
- Strong knowledge of the litigation lifecycle and discovery processes
- Familiarity with tools like Relativity, Nuix, Disco, and similar platforms
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Compensation:
$45 - $60/hr. depending on experience.
