Waitress/Cashier

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant family friendly environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that patrons have an enjoyable dining experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and deliver excellent customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed information about food and drink offerings.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash transactions.
• Assist with food preparation and bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest engagement.

Requirements

• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately at the cash register.
• Previous experience in guest services or customer service roles is preferred, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively.
• Willingness to help colleagues during busy shifts to ensure seamless service.
