What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager position at MAUMEE VALLEY GUIDANCE CENTER?
Case Management services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, which provides support, advocacy, and education to promote independence. Experience or interest in working with adults with a mental health diagnosis desired. Multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, nurses and social workers. A minimum degree required is an Associate’s Degree in criminal justice or Human Services or a BA in Psychology or related field of study.
